Question:Can this product be used on chemically treated hair?
Answer:Yes. HC Color Fantasies has been specially formulated to moisturize and protect hair during the highlighting process. This makes it ideal for chemically treated hair.
Question:How long should a bottle of HC Color solution last?
Answer:There is only one color application in the bottle. As soon as the solution is mixed, it should be used. It should not be stored for future use once mixed.
Question:What do I do if the color solution gets on my clothing or other fabric?
Answer:A cape is enclosed in the HC Color Fantasies Kit to minimize the chances of the solution getting on your clothes. However, should contact occur, immediately wash the garment according to its care instructions.
Question:What should I do if the solution gets on my skin?
Answer:Plastic gloves are enclosed in the HC Color Fantasies Kit to minimize the chances of the solution getting on your skin. However, should contact occur, wash it off immediately.
Question:Is the color solution hypoallergenic?
Answer:HC Color Fantasies has been extensively tested and has been formulated to minimize the chance of an adverse reaction. As with any such product, however, we recommend that you do a patch test on a small area of skin before using.
Question:Can any color solution, say from a drug store brand of hair color, be used with the hair color tool?
Answer:The Preciso tool was specifically designed to work with the HC Color Fantasies solution. There have been no studies on the safety of effectiveness of using another brand’s color solution with the HC Color tool. Therefore, we do not recommend using any other product with the Preciso tool.
Question:Can this product be used on children?
Answer:Only with adult supervision.
